Unico Unveils Renovated Galleria in Downtown Portland
Unico Properties LLC, a real estate investment and operating company, in partnership with Partners Group, has celebrated the opening of the fully renovated Galleria in downtown Portland, OR. The 5-story, 195,000-square-foot Class-A historic office building has been improved with state-of-the-art amenities and creative space.
“We’re excited to mark this special day in downtown Portland with the official unveiling of Galleria. We preserved the past while revitalizing this historic landmark and we’re honored to reveal a beautiful new building that reflects the epitome of sustainability and decarbonization in this prime area,” said Charlie Floberg, Unico Properties Director, Market Leader at the ribbon cutting.
Built in 1910, the former Olds, Wortman & King department store is a historic landmark listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Galleria does maintain a link to that retail past, as commercial space remains on the building’s ground floor.
