Unico Properties Selected to Manage Five Oak in Downtown Portland

Unico Properties has been selected as the property manager for Five Oak, a 266,664-square-foot building located at 421 S.W. Oak St., just across the street from Big Pink in Portland, Oregon.

Five Oak was recently acquired by Jeff Swickard of Swickard Group as part of his continued investment in downtown Portland. Five Oak is an eight-story building that was constructed in 1944 and renovated in 2005. Unico continues to manage building operations at Big Pink, also owned by Swickard, where he has launched a major repositioning effort and selected Kidder Mathews to lead leasing.

Unico will oversee day-to-day operations and tenant services at Five Oak. “We’re excited to support that momentum by managing operations at Five Oak and across the street at Big Pink. We’re aligning day-to-day excellence with the kind of leadership that helps downtown thrive, grounded in a shared belief in Portland’s future,” said Eichen.
