Unico Draws Insight Global from Bellevue to Seattle Waterfront
Unico Properties LLC, a real estate investment and operating company, has drawn Insight Global, a premier staffing agency from Bellevue to 2323 Elliott on the new Seattle waterfront. Growing from 25,000 square feet at Bellevue Place to 75,000 square feet at the Seattle building, the transaction represents the largest new office lease by a private company thus far in 2023.
Insight Global is taking the entire building and was represented by Jodi Selvey with Colliers Atlanta and Leigh Callaghan and Jeff Jeremiah with Colliers Seattle. The 2323 Elliott office building sits atop a five-story parking garage, and offers direct access to the revitalized Seattle waterfront via the Bell Street Pedestrian Bridge.
As part of his commitment to downtown revitalization, Mayor Bruce Harrell bolstered his support of the downtown Seattle business community by playing a vital role in supporting Insight Global’s move from the Eastside to the Seattle waterfront. Unico delivered a remodeled and rebranded 2323 Elliott in 2021.
