Wharton Undergrads Take $10K Prize at Cornell International Real Estate Case Competition
Clover Capital, a team of undergraduates from Wharton Business School, won the top prize of $10,000 at the ninth annual Cornell International Real Estate Case Competition, held Nov. 14 in New York City.
Twenty-seven teams of undergraduates from colleges all over the world each presented their analysis of a real-life deal: a private equity fund’s value-added investment in a retail building in Madrid, Spain.
“The future is in good hands,” said Daniel Quan, director of the Center for Real Estate and Finance at the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business, which organized the event.
