ULI Greenprint and Measurabl Join Forces, Once Again

The Urban Land Institute Greenprint Center for Building Performance is renewing its partnership with Measurabl in an effort to help the commercial real estate industry measure, manage, report and act on ESG. The partnership means that ULI Greenprint’s real estate members will have access to Measurabl’s software and data technologies, which offers comprehensive ESG data from 12 billion square feet of commercial real estate across 90 countries.

ULI Greenprint is a global membership consortium of real estate owners, investors and partners with a commitment to improving the real estate industry’s environmental performance. ULI Greenprint members collectively manage more than $1.3 trillion in assets, and share knowledge, implement best practices, measure and benchmark in ESG areas.

Measurabl will support these activities by offering members software and data technologies that help boost their ESG performance, as well as assessing physical climate risk exposure while acting on sustainable finance opportunities. Both organizations will collaborate on ESG resources, including webinars and product sessions.

“It is incredibly important that the real estate industry has the tools and systems to meaningfully improve their ESG performance. Since 2017, the partnership between ULI Greenprint and Measurabl has offered the real estate industry a streamlined data collection and reporting opportunity and a community of practice of leaders collaborating to drive the market forward,” said Marta Schantz, senior vice president of the ULI Greenprint Center for Building Performance.

“(ULI Greenprint’s) decision to partner with Measurabl as technology to support their pioneering work has been critical to our mutual success and that of our customers and members,” said Matt Ellis, Founder and CEO of Measurabl. “We are delighted and proud to continue our prime technology role in support of their vision.”
