ULI Chicago, DePaul Partner on Graduate Program in Real Estate

For the second year in a row, the Urban Land Institute’s Chicago chapter and DePaul University are partnering on a program to offer a master of science in real estate through the ULI Chicago Cohort Program this coming September. The program is available only to ULI Chicago members, and among other benefits offers a 25% tuition discount.

The program’s inaugural class was launched in winter 2017, with 25 students now completing the last semester of coursework in advance of a June graduation. The upcoming class will be limited to 30 students.

DePaul and ULI Chicago will host an information session on April 17 at DePaul’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. The open house is free of charge, but registration is required.
