
ULI Appoints Skanska’s De Briere as Committee Chair
Urban Land Institute (ULI), a global member-driven organization of real estate and urban development professionals, has named LA real estate leader Clare De Briere as the Americas Executive Committee Chair. In her new role, De Briere will lead the strategic direction of ULI’s program throughout the Americas region which serves nearly 40,000 members in the U.S., Canada, Latin America and South America.
ULI, is specifically focused on three mission priorities – increasing housing attainability for all, decarbonizing the built environment and achieving net zero, and educating the next generation of diverse leaders in the real estate industry.
De Briere, who is the executive vice president and regional manager for Skanska USA Commercial Development, has been involved in developing some of the most innovative real estate projects in Los Angeles. “As ULI Americas Executive Committee Chair, I hope to advance ULI’s equity, sustainability and inclusion values and positively shape the way developers and investors interact within the communities they serve,” said De Briere.
