ULD Engages Avison Young to Lease Two San Francisco Properties

San Francisco-based Urban Land Development (ULD) has selected Avison Young to lease its 531 Bryant St. office property in South Park SoMa and 150 Post, a retail and office property on Union Square. An Avison Young team of Mark McGranahan, Ross Robinson, Kelly Glass, Tim Hogan and Will O’Daly have assumed the engagement at 531 Bryant. Glass and O’Day will also represent 150 Post with the addition of Owen Modica.

“We chose this team from Avison Young based on the unusual strengths of each individual,” said ULD managing director Susan Sagy. “In our thoughtful assessment, we believe their track record over years is a result of deep knowledge of multiple industries from the financial and venture capital sector to the technology industry writ large.”

She continued, “We feel their unique understanding of the space — attractive to technology companies, venture capital firms, and other tech-centric firms whether small and emerging or to enjoy the space as a single-user — will facilitate a successful lease-up to the one-of-a-kind 531 Bryant space, truly in a class of its own.”
