Essex Realty Group has been engaged to market a 14-unit apartment building in the Near West Side’s Ukrainian Village that hasn’t been listed in more than 30 years. The property at 2335-2337 Superior St. is listed for $2,899,000.
The Essex Realty team of principal Doug Fisher and director Abe Eilian is presenting 2335-37 W. Superior St. as an opportunity to acquire a multi-family property with significant rental upside.
