UI’s Lindsay Named Asset Management Head at North Wells

North Wells Capital, the investment management affiliate of Urban Innovations Ltd. (UI), has named Tony Lindsay principal of asset management. In his new role, Lindsay oversees the execution of the investment strategy for North Wells.

James Fox, co- founder and CEO of North Wells, cited Lindsay’s “tremendous track record of adding value to the asset management process. Bringing Tony’s talent and experience to bear at Urban Innovations and North Wells Capital ensures the continued success of both our companies.”

Lindsay joined UI in 2003 as a senior project manager, and was named VP of construction in 2016. In that role, he was responsible for tenant improvement, capital improvement and general construction services for all UI Construction Services customers.

North Wells was co-founded by Fox and Howard Conant Jr. in 2016 as the investment management affiliate of UI, utilizing UI’s knowledge and experience, but operating independently.
