UES Development Site Lists for Sale 

An Upper East Side development site is listed for sale. Located at 1382-1386 2nd Avenue, the asking price for the property is $29 million. The site consists of three four-story properties on a 5,788-square-foot lot with flexible zoning that permits mixed-use development.  

Ariel Property Advisors has been named the exclusive agent to sell the property with a team of Victor Sozio, Matthew L. Gillis, Shimon Shkury, Michael A. Tortorici, and Howard Raber.
