UBS Wealth Management Relocating to Town Centre I

UBS Wealth Management USA is planning to move its financial office from its current location in Houston’s Galleria submarket to Town Centre I in spring 2019. The company is leasing 19,000 square feet at 750 Town & Country Blvd. on the west side. The lease brings the 250,000-square-foot Town Centre I to nearly 90% occupancy.

Developer and landlord Moody Rambin delivered the building in 2015, after signing Microsoft as a tenant for the top two floors. The Houston-based developer is planning to break ground on Town Centre II, an eight-story, 170,000-square-foot speculative office, in April 2019.

Bob Cromwell and Kevin Nolan represented Moody Rambin in the lease, while Trey Strake and Courtney Walker of Cushman & Wakefield represented UBS.
