UBS Financial Services has opened a College Station branch at Midway’s Century Square mixed-use project adjacent to Texas A&M University’s main campus. UBS joins notable names that have offices at the property, including Morgan Stanley, BRW Architects, Premier Inc. and Frontier Title.

“Century Square has become a true enterprise hub for companies seeking a competitive edge,” said Robert Williamson, SVP, investment & capital markets, Midway. “From increasing employee satisfaction and productivity to attracting new talent, UBS is positioned to thrive in Midway’s innovative mixed-use office setting.”

With 60,0000 square feet of office situated directly above ground-floor retail, Century Square also includes luxury apartments and two full-service hotels with 9,000 square feet of flexible meeting space.

“It is a vibrant part of town and our office in Century Square One shows our strong, long-term commitment to the area,” said Woody West, branch manager for UBS Wealth Management USA.
