UBS Inks 10-Year Office Lease in Red Bank, NJ

UBS Financial Services has signed a 10-year lease of a 20,715-square-foot space at Denholtz Properties’ redevelopment project at 140-148 Broad Street in downtown Red Bank, NJ.

The property, acquired by Denholtz in 2022, is located in the heart of Red Bank’s commercial corridor and will undergo substantial interior and exterior improvements to achieve Class-A standards.

The CBRE team, along with Denholtz Properties, spearheaded the leasing campaign, while Cushman & Wakefield represented and advised UBS in securing the lease.
