UBS Divests North Bay MF’s for $154M
San Diego-based MG Properties Group acquired North Pointe Apartments in Vacaville, CA, for $87 million. The community is located on the Interstate 80 corridor, between San Francisco and Sacramento. The 312-unit apartment neighborhood was built in 2004 and is situated on 18 acres at 6801 Leisure Town Rd. It offers a diverse mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units.
Eastdil Secured represented the sellers, UBS Realty Investors. The acquisition was financed with a $55.9M Freddie Mac mortgage arranged by CBRE’s Brian Eisendrath and Cameron Chalfant.
The transaction was one of two North Bay multifamily divestures completed by UBS totaling $154 million. The second deal involved The Lodge at Napa Junction, located at 5500 Eucalyptus Dr. in American Canyon, CA. The 216-unit property was constructed in 2006, and was acquired for roughly $67 million by an unnamed buyer.
