Uber to Lease 170K SF in Downtown Bellevue Office Tower

Patrinely, in partnership with affiliates of Dune Real Estate Partners, announced that Uber Technologies, Inc. has signed a long-term lease at Four106, the 490,000-square-foot, trophy office tower in downtown Bellevue.

Uber will occupy approximately 170,000 square feet. The tenant was represented by Joel Frank and Brian Biege of CBRE. Jason Furr and Colin Tanigawa of The Broderick Group, directed by Dennis Tarro and Phillip Moore of Patrinely, represented the landlord.

The 21-story office tower includes approximately 485,000 square feet of office space and 5,000 square feet of street-level amenitized retail. Four106 is located just steps from Bellevue Downtown Park, Old Bellevue and the Bellevue Collection’s shops and dining options.

“The greater Seattle area is a key talent hub for Uber, and this new Bellevue office, in addition to Uber’s longtime downtown Seattle office, cements our commitment to the region as we continue to grow,” said Cynthia Rock, Vice President of Workplaces & Real Estate at Uber.
