Uber Capital Secures $8M Refinancing for Windy Hill Village Shopping Center

Commercial real estate financial advisory and mortgage origination firm Uber Capital Group has secured a $7.9 million loan to refinance the Windy Hill Village shopping center in Marietta.

Located at 2359 Windy Hill Rd. SE, the 100,000-square-foot shopping center was built in 1985 on a 10-acre lot. Tenants include Lincoln College of Technology, Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Tomato Japanese Food Grocery, Sidelines Grill, Avis Rent a Car, Foot Solutions and other retail, service, education, healthcare and restaurant outlets.

Jonathan Livi of Uber Capital Group represented the borrower in the transaction, a private real estate investor based in Georgia. Nathan Kashizadeh of Uber Capital Group advised the lender, a CMBS financing provider based in California.
