U.S. Realty Advisors Moves Down Sixth Avenue to Fisher Brothers Tower

U.S. Realty Advisors has signed a lease agreement at Fisher Brothers’ 1345 Ave. of the Americas. Currently located at 1370 Ave. of the Americas, the tenant will move into 8,201 square feet at 1345 in early 2023. U.S. Realty Advisors will join the Man Group on the 21st floor, filling out the remaining available space.

“As the citywide surge in demand for office space continues in New York, we are excited to welcome U.S. Realty Advisors to 1345 Ave. of the Americas,” said Fisher Brothers partner Ken Fisher. “Office culture and tenant needs have changed drastically, but 1345 has stayed on pace.” Fisher Brothers completed a $120-million capital improvement project last year.

Fisher Brothers’ Marc Packman, Charles P. Laginestra and Josh Fiuher led negotiations for ownership, along with CBRE’s Howard Fiddle, Peter Turchin, Bill Iacovelli, Anthony Dattoma, Gregg Rothkin and Benjamin Joseph. CBRE’s Paul Amrich represented U.S. Realty Advisors.
