U.S. Development Opens Retail Leasing at Philadelphia Apartments

U.S. Development is introducing its retail opportunities at Frankford Grand, a brand-new apartment community located at 1120 Frankford Ave. in the heart of Philadelphia’s Fishtown neighborhood.

The building offers new construction, small-format retail space totaling approximately 15,000 square feet spanning two floors. Jacob Cooper of MSC is Frankford Grand’s exclusive retail leasing representative.

“The small-format retail opportunities at Frankford Grand, particularly the ground-floor space with expansive outdoor seating, are ideal to meet the demand generated by the area’s massive residential density and lively entertainment scene,” said Cooper.

Frankford Grand is also surrounded by neighborhood staples, including La Colombe, Frankford Hall, Suraya, Middle Child Clubhouse, and major entertainment venues, The Fillmore and Brooklyn Bowl. It is also neighbor to recently opened concepts such as Haraz Coffee, Kinto and Wonder.

“Frankford Grand isn’t just delivering luxury apartments; it’s providing essential, high-quality retail to a neighborhood pining for more amenities,” said John Farina, CEO of U.S. Development.
