
U Place Apartments Secures Financing of $55M
U Place Apartments is a 243-unit mixed-use complex located in the University District of Seattle. Built in August 2020, the complex is located on a 32,633-square-foot site and includes 19,450 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.
Dwight Capital recently closed $55 million in bridge financing for U Place. Managing principal Josh Sasouness originated this transaction.
The property is adjacent to University Village, Seattle’s only outdoor lifestyle shopping center, which features more than 120 shops and restaurants. U Place’s communal amenities feature a fitness center, community room and rooftop deck with 360-degree views. Its residential amenities include in-unit washers and dryers, private balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows and keyless Bluetooth room entry.
