U. of Texas RGV Signs Lease at Rio Bank Building

Rio Bank has entered into a lease agreement with The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley for 27,644 square at its office building in McAllen. CBRE’s Christi Griggs and Carlos Telles represented Rio Bank in the lease negotiations.

“We are pleased to house some of our administrative offices for the University within the city limits of McAllen,” said Guy Bailey, president of the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. “Being located on the expressway and close to the airport is a big plus, and the Rio Bank office building is just what we need as we continue to grow.”

The space will house the university’s Institutional Advancement, Governmental and Community Relations teams, along with offices for the president and other institutional leaders.

The Rio Bank office building has approximately 48,850 square feet remaining of its total 115,086 square feet for lease. Griggs and Telles are the property’s leasing agents.
