Tyler Ellinger Joins SIG’s Local Office

Sands Investment Group (SIG) has hired net lease advisor Tyler Ellinger to its Austin office from Marcus & Millichap Inc.’s Salt Lake City locale. In his new position, Ellinger will continue handling investment sales for single-tenant, multi-tenant and net lease properties. While with Marcus & Millichap, Ellinger handled more than 100 transactions involving well-known national tenants.

Ellinger received his Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University-Hawaii, and his Master’s in Business Administration from Westminster College. He began his career at Mayer Hoffman McCann, a public accounting firm, and held additional positions at Woodland Commercial Bank and the Sarah Daft Home.

Sands Investment Group is a commercial real estate firm specializing in the buying and selling of net-lease properties for private and institutional investors. In addition to Austin, the company has offices in Atlanta, GA; Charleston, SC; and Santa Monica, CA.
