The Texas Restaurant Association (TRA) has partnered with ChowNow, the platform that powers online ordering systems for independent restaurants, allowing restaurants to take ownership of delivery and take-out businesses and retain key customer relationships. Online ordering created a lifeline for many restaurants when dining rooms were limited during the height of the coronavirus pandemic.
“This partnership will help restaurants succeed as they emerge from the worst crisis they’ve ever experienced,” said Emily Williams Knight, TRA president and CEO.
For a monthly subscription fee, ChowNow powers website orders, builds branded mobile apps, shares key customer insights and analytics, and provides marketing services such as setting up loyalty programs.
“Everything we do at ChowNow is rooted in our mission to help restaurants thrive and we look forward to helping new restaurant partners strengthen their relationships with existing customers as well as reach many new customers,” said Chris Webb, co-founder and CEO of ChowNow.
