Two Wingstop Leases Accompany Retail Lease Renewal

NAI Partners retail broker Jason Gaines recently arranged three lease transactions in Humble, Cypress and Crosby. Gaines represented the landlord in a large lease renewal and the tenant, Wingstop, in the smaller leases.

The first was a 10,000-square-foot retail lease renewal for Happy Family Chinese Buffet at 3101 FM 1960 East in Humble. Gaines represented the landlord in the transaction.

The second was a 1,400-square-foot retail lease for Wingstop at 14119 Grant Rd. in Cypress. The third was a 1,625-square-foot retail lease, also for Wingstop, in Crosby. Gaines represented the tenant in both transactions.
