Two Trees’ Domino MXU Opens First Offices

Ten Grand, the first commercial building at Two Trees Management’s Domino Sugar Factory site in Brooklyn, is now available for leasing. The 24-story building interlocks with One South First, Two Trees’ second residential property on the Domino site, which opened in September 2019.

“Ten Grand brings a singular elevated office experience to Brooklyn, adding to the borough’s growing global destination for creative businesses,” said Jed Walentas, Two Trees principal. “Ten Grand tenants will have access to an unparalleled suite of amenities to serve the modern professional: a substantial bike lobby, a one-of-a-kind sustainable building, access to the waterfront and Domino Park and popular local food purveyors.”

A redevelopment of the former Domino Sugar Factory, the 11-acre mixed-use project will ultimately encompass 2,800 rental apartments across four residential buildings, 700 of which will be affordable to low-income residents, 600,000 square feet of commercial office space and 200,000 square feet of retail.
