Two-Tower Seattle Apartment Project Tops Out

Seattle House, a two-tower apartment development situated at the corner of Sixth Avenue and Bell Street in Seattle’s Denny Triangle neighborhood, has reached the project’s full height. Located at 2300 Sixth Ave., Seattle House is neighbored by Amazon buildings.

With over 1,000 rental homes in two towers and 50,000 square feet of shared amenity spaces, the development will offer luxury living. Seattle-based HB Management is developing the 46-story project with Vancouver, British Columbia-headquartered Concord Pacific, one of Canada’s largest developers, reported the Puget Sound Business Journal.

Seattle House is a mixed-use development comprised of two 45-story towers with a 13 level podium and 8 levels of below-grade parking. The property will have a mix of studios, one- and two-bedrooms units.
