Two Tenants Take Space at 531K-SF Sage Plaza

Insgroup Inc. and Legal Access Holding Co. LLC leased a total of 63,112 square feet at Sage Plaza, a 531,000-square-foot office building in Houston’s Uptown/Galleria submarket. Jason Presley and Debbie Wilson with CBRE represented landlord Granite Barnhard Sage Plaza LP in lease negotiations.

Insgroup leased 43,296 square feet, and was represented by David Bale with JLL. Legal Access Holding Company, LLC leased 19,816 square feet, and was represented by Jay Kyle of Colliers International. The building is at 5151 San Felipe St.

The owners of Sage Plaza recently upgraded the outdoor seating area and added a new fitness center. The landlord is also in discussions with some of Houston’s most progressive architects to enhance the aesthetics and programming of the building lobby and common areas.
