Two Tenants Nab Space at Prominent Pointe
Prominent Pointe is located at 8310 North Capital of Texas Highway at a lighted intersection at Capital of Texas Highway (Loop 360) and Spicewood Springs in Austin. The two-building class-A office park is minutes from hundreds of restaurants and retail at The Arboretum, Domain, Gateway and Arbor Walk shopping centers, with access to Loop 360, US-183 and Mopac Expressway.
Two leases were recently signed at the office complex, totaling 17,635 square feet.
- GovOS signed a lease for 16,479 square feet and was represented by Sam Pruitt with Site Selection Group. GovOS provides digital tools for local governments.
- SPI Advisory extended its 1,156-square-foot lease. SPI Advisory is a Texas-based firm that specializes in the development of acquisitions, investor relations and asset management.
Chad Barrett, Seth Stuart and Max McDonald of Aquila Commercial represented the landlord in all three transactions.
The office park has a full-service gym, a tenant lounge with on-site deli, a shared conference room, and both structured and surface parking.
