Two Tenants Claim 120K-SF at Valencia Property
The initial phase of the new nine-building 1.3-million square-foot IAC Commerce Center in Valencia, CA is complete. Accurate Freight and Covercraft agreed to take nearly 120,000 square feet of combined space in Phase 1 at the three-building, state-of-the-art project situated in North Los Angeles County.
IAC Properties is developing IAC Commerce Center as a master-planned, 116-acre business park, located adjacent to the Valencia Commerce Center.
Covercraft, a manufacturer of exterior and interior automotive protection products, leased 64,732 square feet and will use the space to manufacture and distribute premium vehicle covers and other custom-patterned products. CBRE’s Matt Dierckman represented the tenant.
Accurate Freight, represented by NAI Capital’s Yair Haimoff, is a full-service transportation company active regionally and nationwide. The company leased 52,063 square feet at 29115 Avenue Valley View.
