Two-Story Vero Beach Medical Office Building Trades for $4M

Coldwell Banker Commercial has completed the $3.6-million sale of a medical and professional office property on 17th Street in Vero Beach, FL.

Coldwell Banker Commercial’s Andrew Gonzalez and Linda Gonzalez represented the seller.

The two-story, 40,000 square feet building was constructed in 1986, is situated on 4.18 acres of land and has on-site parking.

“This property is in a great location serving both the mainland and island of Vero Beach,” said Andrew Gonzalez. “Having leased and managed the center for the past 10 years, we created a vibrant blend of service businesses for the local market.”
