Two Rockville Office Parks Up for Sale 

IP DSC MOCO Metro Park LLC, an affiliate of Rockville-based DSC Partners LLC, is selling two office parks in Rockville, Maryland, comprising nearly 19 acres and nearly 300,000 square feet of office space across several low-rise buildings, Washington Business Journal first reported.  

The two parcels, located at 7501 Standish Place and 15400 Calhoun Drive, are being marketed by Cushman & Wakefield for sale as a multifamily and/or townhome development opportunity, subject to a rezoning, or as an industrial and commercial site with up to 2 million square feet of commercial and industrial uses allowed under their current industrial zoning. The properties were purchased in 2019 for a combined $47.5 million.
