Two DC Restaurant Concepts to Open in Partnership with PRP Real Assets

PRP Real Assets plans to bring a new steakhouse and events space to Market Square, the two-building complex it acquired last year at the Archives-Navy Memorial-Penn Quarter Metro station in downtown Washington, D.C.

“We’re thrilled to have been part of the D.C. hospitality scene for over two decades, and we’re excited to bring RPM Steak and RPM Events to this vibrant market,” said R.J. Melman, President and CEO of Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants.

The firm recently signed a lease with Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants, which plans to bring RPM Steak and RPM Events to 701 Pennsylvania Ave. NW, the eastern building. RPM plans to open the two concepts, combining for 14,700 square feet, in 2027.

“This 14,700 square foot, street-level flagship will bring one of the country’s most respected dining brands to the District, with interiors by world-renowned architect David Collins Studio and culinary direction from Executive Chef Partner Bob Broskey,” said Paul C. Dougherty, President of PRP Real Assets.
