Two Pacific Beach Apartments Change Hands
Apartment Realty Group (ARG) represented the buyer and seller in a transaction involving a pair of Pacific Beach multifamily complexes on Thomas Avenue in the Pacific Beach submarket of San Diego. The total price was $8 million.
The two properties, which are across the street from each other, have a total of 22 studio and one-bedroom, one-bathroom units combined and are located just two blocks from the beach. There is also off-street parking as well as two garages and an on-site laundry room.
The seller was Hudec Living Trust and ARG’s senior VP Gary B. Urtiaga and investment associate Nick Rakela arranged the transaction.
