Two New Tenants Coming to Seven Oaks Shopping Center 

Bruster’s Real Ice Cream and Jersey Mike’s Subs will be opening in the Seven Oaks Shopping Center in Crofton, Md.  

The two tenants will share a 3,046-square-foot pad site at 2288 Blue Water Blvd. Bruster’s Real Ice Cream offers handcrafted ice cream and a variety of frozen treats, while Jersey Mike’s Subs is known for its fresh, high-quality ingredients in made-to-order subs.  

Brandon Howard of Divaris Real Estate represented the landlord in the negotiations for the two leases and has fully leased all inline vacancies.
