Two New Leases Bring Four Oaks Plaza to 100% Occupancy

Two new leases mean that Four Oaks Plaza, a retail property in Schertz, TX, is 100% occupied. Cencor Realty Services Inc., operating under the name NWC 3009/Four Oaks Ltd., developed the site, and owns the asset.

Joining the 36,205-square-foot Four Oaks are:

First American Title, which leased 4,000 square feet. Marcus Shaffer with Weitzman represented the landlord, and Transwestern represented the tenant.
Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids, which leased 1,125 square feet. Weitzman’s Shaffer and Clayton Comeaux represented the landlord.

Other tenants at the property, located at 6032 Farm-to-Market Road 3009, include Chase Bank, T-Mobile, Chick-fil-A and Wingstop. The retail center, which opened in 2015, is shadow-anchored by a Walmart Supercenter.
