Two New Leases Bring Four Oaks Plaza to 100% Occupancy

Two new leases mean that Four Oaks Plaza, a retail property in Schertz, TX, is 100% occupied. Cencor Realty Services Inc., operating under the name NWC 3009/Four Oaks Ltd., developed the site, and owns the asset.

Joining the 36,205-square-foot Four Oaks are:

  • First American Title, which leased 4,000 square feet. Marcus Shaffer with Weitzman represented the landlord, and Transwestern represented the tenant.
  • Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids, which leased 1,125 square feet. Weitzman’s Shaffer and Clayton Comeaux represented the landlord.

Other tenants at the property, located at 6032 Farm-to-Market Road 3009, include Chase Bank, T-Mobile, Chick-fil-A and Wingstop. The retail center, which opened in 2015, is shadow-anchored by a Walmart Supercenter.
