Two Never-Traded East County Assets Go to Separate Buyers

In an off-market transaction, 1950 and 1955 Cordell Ct. located in the Gillespie Field Business Park in El Cajon, recently sold to two buyers. The industrial buildings totaled 52,423 square feet and sold for $10.1 million.

Chris Nelson and Sam Sukut of Inland Pacific represented the buyers, Seifert Investments LLC and Ali Nayab. Ryan Dentt of Pacific Realty Advisors represented the seller, Pacific Gillespie Partners.

“This was a unique opportunity to sell two of East County’s highest finished assets that had never before been traded,” says Nelson. “Closing these escrows simultaneously with different buyers presented an interesting challenge, but our team was able to successfully guide both buyers through escrow.”
