Two Middlesex Warehouses Sold for $15M 

Transcontinental Steel has purchased two warehouses totaling 77,000 square feet at 375 Old Bridge Turnpike, East Brunswick, and 201 11th St., Piscataway in Middlesex, New Jersey from Binsky Snyder for $15.45M 

In East Brunswick, Kyle Gerace of NAIDB represented the seller, Kings Cages, and brought in the buyer, Kinga Cabinet, for the $7.25M sale. The property, constructed in 1971, spans 1.6 acres and boasts 12′ – 16′ clear ceiling heights, two exterior loading docks, and direct access to NJ Route 18. 

Heading north along Route 18, Gerace and the DiLeo brokerage team managed the $8.2M sale of 201 11th St., Piscataway. Representing the seller and the buyer, , the property sits on nearly five acres, offering expansion potential and three 15,000-SF units, with clear ceiling heights of 12.6′.
