Two Maryland Industrial Properties Sold for $3M

Two industrial properties in central Maryland have been sold for $2.9 million.

The warehouse property at 145 8th Avenue, NW, Glen Burnie, comprising approximately 5,300 square feet on 1.63 acres, was sold to C. Wood Trucking, LLC for $1.6 million. The property at 7121 Kit Kat Road, a 2,400 square foot warehouse in Elkridge on 2.1 acres, was acquired by AJ&P Leasing, LLC for $1.3 million.

A team led by Matthew Curran, Daniel Hudak, and Andrew Meeder of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services represented the sellers in both transactions. “A significant selling point of both assets was the availability of outdoor storage which, over the last several years, has emerged as a highly sought-after asset class, especially those located nearby the Port of Baltimore, BWI and major interstates,” said Curran.
