Two Long-Term Leases Signed in Midtown

CBRE has arranged two new long-term leases totaling nearly 37,000 sq. ft. at Westbrook Partners’ office tower at 444 Madison Avenue in Midtown Manhattan.

Doris Duke Management Foundation has leased the entire 10th floor of 20,293 sq. ft. and EOS Investors LLC has leased the entire 14th floor of 16,624 sq. ft. at the 42-story Art Deco office property.

The CBRE team of Paul Amrich, Meghan Allen, James Ackerson and Max Tarter led the leasing and marketing at the property and represented the owners in the lease negotiations. Mr. Amrich also secured the tenant and represented EOS Investors in the deal.

“We are happy that 444 Madison continues to attract high quality institutional tenants that are attracted to a building with great amenities, a prime midtown location and a highly experienced and respected landlord such as Westbrook,” said Paul D. Kazilionis, Founder and CEO of Westbrook Partners

Occupying a full block between 49th and 50th streets, the building recently underwent major renovations to the lobby, elevator cabs and building systems. CBRE says the location is ideal for boutique financial tenants.
