Two Industrial Sale Leasebacks Catch Buyer’s Eye

Two industrial core sale leasebacks located in Idaho Falls, ID and Gilbert, AZ were recently acquired for a combined value of $25.25 million. The buyer was undisclosed.

The Idaho Falls site located at 2105 Boge Ave. is a 79,184-square-foot single-tenant industrial property leased long term to Elevation Labs. TOK Commercial Real Estate represented the seller.

The Gilbert site located at 2065 W. Obispo Ave. is a 55,345-square-foot single-tenant industrial property leased long term to Benson Systems. VIAONE Commercial Real Estate Group represented the seller.

John Berger, president, and Mauricio Olaiz, associate, of Lee and Associates-Pasadena represented the buyer.
