Two Finance Tenants Relocate to 575 Madison Ave.

CBRE completed two new office leases at 575 Madison Ave. with JTC Group and Arc24 Management, two financial services firms relocating to the building. JTC Group, a UK-based, publicly listed global fund administration services company, will relocate from 630 Fifth Ave. Arc24, a New York-based investment firm specializing in corporate and structured credit, is moving from 207 E. 57th St.

The CBRE team of David Hollander, Gregg Rothkin, Brad Auerbach, Maxwell Tarter and William Hooks represented building ownership in both transactions. JTC Group leased the entire 15,926-square-foot 20th floor. Arc24 will occupy a newly built 3,068-square-foot space on the 12th floor.

“These leases reflect continued demand for quality, well-located office space,” said Hollander. “575 Madison Ave. offers a compelling combination of value, strong ownership and modern pre-built options.”

JTC was represented by John Nugent and Joe D’Apice of CBRE, while Arc24 was represented by Michael Pallas and Margaux Kelleher of JLL.
