Two Colinas Crossing Sells to Reserve Capital Partners

Reserve Capital Partners of Dallas is now the owner of Two Colinas Crossing, a 180,504-square-foot office building in Farmers Branch, TX. The Dallas buyer shook hands with seller Lexington Realty Trust to obtain the property at 11511 Luna Rd.

Clint Coe, Jason Piering and Jack Crews with JLL represented the seller and placed acquisition financing for the project. 2GR Equity partnered with Reserve Capital to acquire the asset; Reserve Capital Management will take over both property and asset management of the building. The current tenant roster includes IBM, S&P Global, BBVA and Home Point Financial. The seller invested $1 million in capital improvements during its hold.

“With our latest acquisitions, we are about 60% deployed in RCP Fund 1,” said Reserve Capital’s Clint Riley. “We are trying to acquire another $100 million of assets by August of 2020.” Reserve Capital is already accepting commitments for Fund 2 which is scheduled to launch in 2020.
