Two-Building Apartment Complex Trades in La Grange

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of Kensington Manor, a 26-unit apartment property located in La Grange, IL. The two-building property sold for $3.38 million.

Andrean Angelov, first VP investments, and Ryan D. Engle, SVP investments, both of Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller. They also represented the undisclosed buyer.

Kensington Manor is located on South Kensington Avenue, in the heart of downtown La Grange. It’s comprised of two one-bedroom/one-bathroom units and 24 two-bedroom/one-bathroom units. The property features one parking space per unit, one storage space per unit and on-site laundry facilities in each building.
