Two Build-To-Rent Projects Coming to Metro Phoenix

Blue Vista Capital is hoping to develop two subdivisions with over 300 homes west of Phoenix. The $102 million in costs will be split between projects in the towns of Goodyear and Litchfield Park, both about 25 minutes west of Phoenix.

Both build-to-rent (B2R) projects will offer a number of amenities including individual patios, resort-style pools, clubhouses and outdoor grilling areas.

Blue Vista’s Matthew Schoaf sums up the company’s motivation for moving forward with the two projects, “The projects are prime examples of Blue Vista’s strategic approach to developing core plus real estate in attractive markets backed by high population and job growth, with easy access to work and amenities.”
