Two Apparel Companies Ink 3K-SF Leases in Midtown

Adams & Company recently closed two deals in Midtown, Manhattan. Crosswinds Sourcing, a women’s wholesale apparel manufacturer, has leased 1,428 square feet for three years at 10 West 33rd Street for $49 per square foot. Quinn Apparel, a NYC-based clothing label, has inked 1,470 square feet at 231 West 39th Street for five years at $39 per square foot.

Both deals were arranged by Adams & Co. with a team led by David Levy, Jim Buslik and Jeff Buslik. “A trend we have been increasingly seeing across the Midtown market is apparel-focused companies leasing spaces with both office and showroom spaces,” said Levy. “Midtown has been seeing a high demand from companies hunting for office space due to its easy commute for workers based both in and outside of the city.”
