Twins Ace Hardware Chooses National Landing for Second Location

JBG Smith said that Twins Ace Hardware has leased the entirety of the 8,116-square-foot ground-floor retail space at The Zoe, JBG Smith’s 420-unit residential tower in National Landing. Amy Rice of Rice Retail Advisors represented JBG Smith. Adam Schindler, vice chair at Colliers, represented Twins Ace Hardware in what will be its second store in Arlington, VA. The store is expected to open at National Landing in the fall.

Based in Arlington, Twins Ace Hardware is locally owned and operated by Jeff Smith. The store will offer a wide selection of home improvement essentials, including paint, gardening supplies, tools and a curated range of home goods and unique gifts.

“Twins Ace Hardware represents an excellent addition to the retail landscape we have cultivated to serve the community in National Landing,” said Brandon Taff, SVP of commercial asset management at JBG Smith.
