Twin Eagle Holdings is Latest to Ink Space at CityPlace
Twin Eagle Holdings NA LLC recently signed a lease at CityPlace 1 at 1700 City Plaza Dr. in Spring, TX, according to Patrinely Group LLC, the managing member of the joint venture with USAA Real Estate and CDC Houston in development on CityPlace. CityPlace 1 was the first multi-tenant office building constructed in CityPlace and totals 149,500 square feet.
Logistics operator Twin Eagle Resource Management LLC will occupy 10,853 square feet on the fifth floor. The tenant’s expected move-in date is May 2022.
The tenant was represented by Rich Pancioli of CBRE. Chrissy Wilson and Matt Pruitt of JLL and Phillip Moore of Patrinely Group, under the direction of Patrinely’s Dennis Tarro, represented the landlord.
“With the addition of Twin Eagle, it’s evident that City Place 1 is the premier office building in the area,” said Tarro. “The building’s excellent quality and its amenity-rich environment continues to attract today’s office users.”
