Twenty by Six is First Property in B St. Corridor in 25 Years

A $34.8 million project marks the first new commercial product in B Street corridor in more than 25 years. The six-story mixed-use office and retail space in downtown San Diego was recently completed for LeBeau Realty & Associates.

Together with the developer’s existing 20-story tower located at 451 A St., the two buildings complete Twenty by Six, a creative office center built to achieve LEED Silver. The development was designed by Gensler San Diego and built by C.W. Driver.

During the initial phase of construction, C.W. Driver Companies oversaw the demolition of an existing two-story branch bank structure by San Diego’s AMG Demolition and Environmental Services. The new 90,000-square-foot building sits above a three-story parking garage.
