Turner & Townsend Lease Brings SL Green Offices to 100% Occupancy

Turner & Townsend has signed a new 12-year lease covering 24,394 square feet on the sixth floor of SL Green Realty Corp.’s 100 Park Ave., bringing the building to 100% leased. The tenant is a multinational professional services company specializing in programme management, project management, cost management and consulting across the property, infrastructure and natural resources sectors.

“We’re proud to welcome Turner & Townsend to 100 Park Ave.,” said Steven Durels, SL Green’s EVP, director of leasing and real property. “This lease reflects the ongoing demand we’re seeing from tenants seeking high-quality office space near Grand Central Terminal.”

Turner & Townsend was represented by Mary Ann Tighe, Stephen Eynon and Alessia Lawson of CBRE. The landlord was represented by Harry Blair, Barry Zeller, Justin Royce and Pierce Hance of Cushman & Wakefield.

100 Park Ave. is a 36-story, 905,000-square-foot office tower within walking distance of Grand Central Terminal. Major tenants include AlphaSights and Alvarez & Marsal Holdings, LLC.
