Tulsa’s Memorial Crossing Shopping Center Changes Hands

Leon Capital Group of Dallas ended its hold on Memorial Crossing, a 70,376-square-foot retail center in Tulsa, OK. The Dallas buyer sold the Costco shadow-anchored asset at 10122 S. Memorial Dr. to an affiliate of SIA LLC. The sales price was not disclosed.

David Disney and Adam Crockett with Disney Investment Group represented the seller in the transaction. The property is on Tulsa’s southeast side.

The retail center is 97% occupied, with a roster of tenants including HomeGoods, PetSmart and Ulta Beauty. The HomeGoods occupying the space was Tulsa’s first. The stores — including Costco — opened in 2016.
